Shoreline is a lower middle market private equity firm based in Jacksonville, Florida that pursues opportunities across the United States. While we typically take control positions at our portfolio companies, we have the flexibility to invest in minority and growth equity positions.

Southeastern Roots, National Reach
Shoreline professionals have spent a significant portion of their careers helping companies across the Southeast maximize their full potential. The Southeast is experiencing enormous growth due to its favorable economic climate, labor/tax dynamics, and ease of doing business. Although the Southeast is the largest contributor to U.S. GDP and has the largest regional population, less than 4% of the U.S. private equity capital committed since 2020 has been raised by firms headquartered in the region.
While the majority of our time has historically been focused on the Southeast, our reach stretches nationally, particularly for opportunities where we have strong industry experience. We believe our collaborative approach and down-to-earth style makes us the ideal partner for leading management teams across both the Southeast and nationwide.
