Natalie is primarily responsible for developing and executing investment theses that drive Shoreline’s overall strategy. Prior to Shoreline, Natalie spent over a decade at EY and EY-Parthenon. At EY-Parthenon, Natalie spent most of her time advising on M&A transactions and providing strategic plans for organic and inorganic growth for her PE and corporate clients across a wide range of sectors. Most recently, she served as a Pillar Leader on EY America’s Office of Strategic Execution where she led a variety of strategic initiatives, including M&A integrations, pricing and profitability initiatives, and transformation programs, across the firm. Natalie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, where she was an Annika Rodriguez Scholar and received Honors in Management, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Originally from Miami, Natalie currently resides in Brooklyn, New York. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring New York’s endless restaurant scene, testing her knowledge in trivia, and training for half marathons.
