Michael is primarily responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions, conducting due diligence and financial analysis, as well as assisting portfolio companies. Prior to joining Shoreline, Michael was an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies in the Industrials Group where he worked with middle market companies on a variety of mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital markets transactions. Michael holds a B.B.A., cum laude, in Finance from The College of William & Mary.

Michael grew up in Virginia and moved to Florida in the fall of 2023. In his free time, Michael enjoys watching college basketball, rereading his favorite book, Band of Brothers, slowly improving his golf game, and relaxing on the beach.
