Mac is primarily responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions, conducting due diligence and financial analysis, as well as assisting portfolio companies. Prior to joining Shoreline, Mac was an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James in the Diversified Industrials Group where he worked with middle market companies on a variety of mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital markets transactions. Mac graduated with a B.S. in Engineering Science and Economics from Vanderbilt University, where he received a full-tuition merit scholarship.

Mac grew up in Miami and made the move up north to Jacksonville Beach in the summer of 2020. While Mac has been a lifelong fan of the Miami Hurricanes and Miami Heat, he is only recently calling himself a Dolphins fan because Tom Brady no longer plays in the same division. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading anything by Dan Levitin, and spending time with friends and family.
