Lorenzo is primarily responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions, conducting due diligence and financial analysis, and supporting portfolio companies. Prior to joining Shoreline, he was an investment banking analyst at Deloitte Corporate Finance in the Consumer & Retail Group, where he executed sell-side M&A deals. Lorenzo earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Born in Michigan but raised in sunny Sarasota, FL, Lorenzo returned to Florida in the summer of 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, staying active, golfing, and soaking up the outdoors. A loyal Detroit Lions supporter and die-hard Tar Heel, he’s on a personal mission to attend an NCAA basketball championship during his tenure—preferably one featuring his beloved Heels cutting down the nets.
