Jon supports Shoreline’s portfolio companies by defining, prioritizing, and advancing strategic initiatives and leading M&A integration efforts. Prior to joining Shoreline, Jon was a Vice President of Value Creation at Kedge Capital, where he worked with management teams from acquisition through exit to identify and execute against levers across the value chain. His work spanned commercial strategy, operational improvement, organizational effectiveness, and post-acquisition integration. 

Prior to Kedge, Jon worked in strategy consulting, leading engagements across retail, aerospace & defense, food & beverage, professional services, and telecommunications, with a focus on growth strategy, supply chain strategy, and technology. 

Jon holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Business from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Georgia Institute of Technology. 

Born and raised in New Orleans, he now resides in Atlanta with his wife, Jenn, and their four children. Outside of work, he enjoys watching the NFL and Formula 1, tackling woodworking projects, and staying active through CrossFit.
