Dylan is primarily responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions, conducting due diligence and financial analysis, as well as assisting portfolio companies. Prior to joining Shoreline, Dylan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Sandler in the Diversified Industrials Group where he worked with middle market companies on a variety of mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital markets transactions. Dylan graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Sonoma State University.

Dylan left the harsh Minneapolis winters to enjoy the warm Florida sun in the fall of 2022. As a Los Angeles native, Dylan is an avid In-N-Out consumer and a die-hard Dodger fan. In his free time, Dylan enjoys playing basketball, watching UFC, and lounging around the beach.
