Andy is responsible for supporting portfolio companies by prioritizing and executing strategic initiatives and providing subject matter expertise in all aspects of integration. Prior to Shoreline, Andy was an Assistant Vice President at Dorilton Capital, a NYC based family office private equity firm where he led commercial and operational diligence, pre- and post-close strategic planning, and partnered with management teams to drive integration and growth. Andy started his career with Deloitte’s strategy & operations practice in Atlanta where he performed strategy consulting and M&A advisory across healthcare, automotive, retail, and sports industries. Andy holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, where he graduated highest honors and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Originally from Atlanta, Andy currently resides in Hoboken, NJ with his wife, Jennifer, and daughter, Harper. Andy enjoys spending quality time with family at the lake, watching college football, and attempting to play better than bogey golf.
