Shoreline Equity Partners Announces the Hirings of Taylor Wood and Ben Klein
Neptune Beach, Florida – February 29th, 2024 – Shoreline Equity Partners, LLC (“Shoreline”), a purpose-driven lower middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Taylor Wood as Vice President. Taylor will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing new investments as well as working closely with portfolio company management teams on growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Shoreline, Taylor was most recently a Vice President at Silver Oak Services Partners, a Chicago-based, middle market private equity fund focused on business, consumer and healthcare services companies. At Silver Oak, Taylor worked on executing investments across the business and consumer services sectors and served as an active board member for six portfolio companies during his tenure. Prior to Silver Oak, Taylor was an Associate at Trinity Hunt Partners and began his career in the investment banking division at Deutsche Bank. Taylor received his B.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated with High Honors as a Wallman Scholar.

In addition to Taylor’s hiring, Shoreline has further expanded its investment team with the hiring of its newest Associate, Ben Klein. Ben joins Shoreline from Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. where he was an Analyst in the Industrials Group. Ben graduated with a B.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
