Shoreline Equity Partners Announces the Hiring of Natalie Rufat

Neptune Beach, Florida – January 7th, 2025 – Shoreline Equity Partners, LLC (“Shoreline”), a purpose-driven lower middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Natalie Rufat as Director of Business Intelligence. Natalie is responsible for driving investment thesis development and supporting the origination and execution of investments that fit Shoreline’s thematic criteria.

Prior to joining Shoreline, Natalie spent over a decade at EY-Parthenon advising private equity firms and corporate clients on M&A transactions and strategy development. Her work spans business services, consumer products, healthcare, and technology. Most recently, she led transformation strategy and M&A integration efforts for EY America’s Office of Strategic Execution. Natalie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, where she was an Annika Rodriguez Scholar and received Honors in Management, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
