(“Aquaphase”), a provider of cooling tower and boiler water treatment services and chemicals. Headquartered in Tennessee and operating across TN, KY, and IN, Aquaphase serves over 300 customers across the industrial, institutional, and commercial end markets. This acquisition expands C&S’s industrial water treatment footprint into the Mid-South and further strengthens the platform’s national presence in the recurring chemical services market. The current management team at Aquaphase will continue leading the business going forward.
