American Landscaping Partners Completes Seven Acquisitions Since its Partnership with Shoreline Equity Partners in August 2023

Nashville, Tennessee – July 11, 2024 – American Landscaping Partners LLC (“ALP” or the “Company”), a leading provider of commercial and residential landscaping and chemical application services, has acquired Landscape Detail, Ultralawn, Ready Field Solutions, Maxalea, Swift Lawn & Land, Precision Landscape Management, and Appalachia Landscaping.

Landscape Detail, a provider of maintenance services to commercial and residential customers across Nashville, will allow ALP to further provide high quality service to its customer base in one of its core markets.

Ultralawn, based in Euclid, Ohio, is a provider of lawncare services to residential customers in the Northeast Ohio market. The team at Ultralawn has been serving the area since 1976 and will continue to provide best-in-class services to their customers with a focus on reliability and quality.

The acquisition of Ready Field Solutions, a Streetsboro, Ohio-based provider of mulch and other landscape services, will extend ALP’s service offering and presence within the Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia markets.

Maxalea specializes in landscape services for high-end residential and commercial properties throughout the Baltimore, Maryland area. The Maxalea team will continue to deliver top quality service while expanding ALP’s reach in the Mid-Atlantic.

Swift Lawn & Land provides landscape maintenance and enhancement services to commercial customers throughout the Nashville, Tennessee area. This acquisition will further strengthen ALP’s presence in the Nashville market.

Precision Landscape Management, based in Athens, Georgia, specializes in landscape services to commercial, residential, and municipal properties throughout the Georgia market. The Precision Landscape Management team will continue to provide customers the same best-in-class service the company is known for while allowing ALP to expand its footprint to the State of Georgia.

Appalachia Landscaping, a provider of landscape services to commercial and residential properties in the Huntsville, Alabama area, will extend ALP’s footprint into an adjacent market while enhancing the platform’s overall southeastern presence.

These acquisitions represent the continued execution of ALP’s extensive M&A growth strategy with a focus on partnering with leading commercial and residential landscaping service providers.
